These are absolutely delicious and flavorful sandwiches that are quick and easy to make. Tofu sandwiches are healthy and appropriate for Vegans, too. The Tofu provides a great source of protein. It can be easily customized to your personal sandwich preferences and/or whatever you have on hand at the moment.
White Bread – 12 slices
Tofu – Cut into cubes
Oil – 1 tsp + as needed for pan frying bread
Onion – 1 large sliced thinly
Capsicum / Bell Pepper – 1 large sliced thinly
Chat Masala as needed.
How To Make It –
Take a block of tofu cut it into pieces
Now take chilli, cumin and turmeric powder in a plate Add in some salt drizzle in some oil & Mix well,
Grease it on both the sides of Tofu.
Now place this hot pan flip over and grill them till golden brown & crisp
then remove from gas and place it to a plate.
Now take a pan slice onions and capsicum thinly & add some oil in it
Toss it for a minute and remove.
Take some Bread Slices and spread onion and capsicum batter on it now add some tofu cubes on it.
Sprinkle some Chat masala on it
Place these Sandwiches in the Griller till the golden brown.
Now serve it hot with sauce.
